Snow Lake is a jewel of a lake in a gorgeous setting. The trail climbs gradually across open slopes, occasionally rocky but always with spectacular views and then some switchbacks before descending to Snow Lake at 3 miles.
At Snow Lake you can enjoy time just relaxing or hiking along the shore and swimming. After returning to Issaquah we plan to stop at the Rogue Brewhouse (35 Sunset Way) for some well- deserved food and refreshments.
