Description: The Mercer Slough Nature Park is a 320-acre wetland in the heart of Bellevue, lushly populated with ferns, shrubs, flowers, several varieties of berries, distinctive wooden boardwalks and shaded pathways. There are three main trails in the Park. Trails alternate between wooden boardwalks, dirt and gravel pathways.
Difficulty Rating: Green
Hike Length: 2.0+/- miles depending upon which trails we walk
Elevation Gain: Mainly level, some steps on to boardwalks
Trailhead Pass: none required, free admittance, parking available at the MSEEC
Conditional: Rain cancels, dogs on leash allowed

· Take Exit 12 for SE 8th Street
· Travel west on Southeast Eighth Street
· Take immediate left onto 118th Avenue Southeast, heading south
· Travel about a half mile
· Just before the first MSEEC sign (in light blue), take the first right into the parking lot.
· Walk the path to the front of the buildings.

· Take Exit 9 for Bellevue Way. Continue for one mile.
· Veer right onto 112th Avenue Southeast.
· Take a right onto Southeast Eighth Street.
· Take a right onto 118th Avenue Southeast.
· Travel about a half mile.
· Just before the first MSEEC sign (in light blue), take the first right into the parking lot.
· Walk the path to the front of the buildings.
